The Union Cabinet approves 'MISSION KARMYOGI' as part of Civil Services Reforms

PM Modi chaired the union cabinet meeting on Tuesday to approve 'Mission Karmyogi' which aims to bolster the capacity building of the Civil Servants.

Mission Karmyogi or National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (MPCSCB) is a nationwide Programme to enhance and transform human resource management of the Civil Servants. This new capacity building program will achieve higher training standards with the sharing of faculty & resources among various national training institutions.
PM Modi took to his twitter handle to express his views on the approved civil services reforms. He said 'Approved reforms will transform the human resource management of the Civil Servants and prepare them for their future'

Mission Karmyogi program will help in the capacity building of all the selected officers who cleared the highly competitive UPSC Civil Services examination so that the officers can remain in touch with their culture while synchronizing their working with the best practices of the modern world.
